Hi, I'm Ali. I'm a fitness and nutrition coach for women over 35 who are rebuilding after life's hardest seasons.
On paper, I have 20 years in the fitness industry. Group X instructor. Personal trainer. Vice President of Fitness for a multi-club organization. Hundreds of women coached.
Underneath the resume, here's the version of my story I almost never told until recently. I lost my dad to cancer. I watched my mom get diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I moved her into memory care. I escaped a controlling, abusive relationship. I gained 18 lbs while grieving. I felt like I'd lost myself.
The thing that pulled me back wasn't motivation. I didn't have any left. It was structure. Specifically, three repeatable systems for food, lifting, and daily routine that ran on autopilot when I was too depleted to make decisions. Those three systems became The Rebuild Method.
